There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about holiday cookies. The familiar smell and taste remind us of afternoons spent baking with Grandma, or of messy hours spent decorating with the kids. They are a sign that the holiday season is here and, often, special recipes unite generations, passed along from parent to child to grandchild. And, they taste pretty good, too.
