Just because the artisan-chocolate company Scharffen Berger was bought by Hershey doesn't mean it can't still produce divine chocolate. Serious chocoholics will relish the "limited series" Antilles bar, a deep, dark, smooth chocolate with fruity undertones but a dry flavor profile.
