Carol Morris places sunglasses on her face, pops headphones on, closes her eyes and sinks into a state of relaxation. No, Morris is not on a beach in Florida, she is using a portable relaxation system at her hypnosis center in Vernon Hills. Carol said she realizes there are many people who are skeptical about hypnotism, but she is a firm believer in the benefits of hypnotherapy.
