Serendipity 3 reopens (New York Daily News)

Sugar and spice - but definitely no mice - were back on the menu at Serendipity 3 Tuesday. The popular East Side restaurant, famed for its extravagant desserts and frozen hot chocolate, has reopened three weeks after being closed by health inspectors who discovered a rodent and fly infestation.
